Jane was one of the best hostess I ever had. Instead of breakfast she made us a vegan curry that was perfectly flavoured and more than enough to feed 2 adult men. Highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy the beauty in Loch Ness

Amazing veggie breakfast, super helpful local knowledge!

Thanks again so much for the best veggie Scottish breakfast we’ve ever had!

Lovely accommodation with separate lounge area to chill outside the room. Even though was leaving early, still had delicious cooked breakfast. Great place to stay, wish we stayed for more than just a stopover

Cosy bedroom and bathroom with a shower. Lounge downstairs for guests is a a welcome space with TV & WiFi. Dog friendly too. Great value for £, the breakfast was amazing with home made sausages, baked beans, bread and jams! Very much recommend. Also in a beautiful area. We stayed for only 1 night as a stopover, but wished we were staying longer

Me and my partner stayed at Jane and Gill’s for two days and god what a gem we discovered! We arrived quite late, as well as unprepared. And unfortunately in times of covid and all restaurants and bars closing at 6 we didnt know where or what to do for dinner. Jane went out her way and cooked us dinner for both nights, as we decided to eat with her again after the first meal she made us was just outstanding! Same with the breakfast she provided. She asked us what we preferred and to what time, needless to say everything was spot on. A nice touch on the side, almost EVERYTHING is homemade! The bread, sausages, the jam with whiskey note… could it be any better?! Most definitely, the sausages… Are. So. Unbelievably. AMAZING. The food was soo good I totally overate myself, i simply couldn’t stop myself from eating it. When we tried to plan our day Gill was very happy to answer me some questions I had about walks and hiking throughout the area. The rooms are so nice and clean. Very modern but still with a old, scottish cottage touch that you would look for while staying in the highlands. Also a very pleasant surprise, a soon as we arrived we were greeted by Smudge (i hope thats how you spell her name), one, if not the cutest one, of Jane and Gills dog army. My heart skipped a beat every morning opening the doors to the kitchen area being welcomed by these little pups and I was more than happy that they would let me pet them. Very long story short, thanks so much for looking after us during our stay. Quite frankly the best thing about our Loch Ness trip was staying with you guys!
